Our coffee fundraising program offers a simple and effective way to raise money. Organizations can choose from a variety of coffee options, including different blends, roasts and sizes, Utilizing a customizable sales page featuring your team's or school's logo. Here's how the process works:

Our range of premium coffee blends each come in various sizes: 12oz bags, 1lb bags, 2lb, 5lb and single serve single-serve pod options.

We’ll create your school or team’s custom sales page, featuring your school colors and mascot. This makes the fundraiser not only a practical way to raise money but also a great way to showcase school/team spirit.
-Promotion & Orders
We provide digital flyers and promotional materials to help you spread the word and encourage orders. You can sell your team coffee through text, email , word of mouth, on the job, at school events and team activities all with your your custom online ordering website.

Set a fundraising goal for your school or team. We will help you achieve it by providing all the support you need, from product details to advice on maximizing your fundraiser.

Order Process and Timeline

Initial Consultation
After you complete the E-signature on this page, we’ll discuss the specifics of your fundraiser, including your sales page logo and customization preferences.

Logo Submission
Provide us with a high-quality version of your school or team logo. We can work with most any format, the logo should be high resolution for the best quality presentation.

Ordering Platform / Website
We’ll create your custom ordering platform with your logo and custom colors. This is the page you will use to drive a successful fundraiser.
Order Fulfillment
Once new orders are received they are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days. Orders will be shipped directly to the customer, so no need to manage or distribute any products!
Terms and Conditions of Agreement
1. Duration of Agreement
This agreement is valid for the duration of the fundraiser event which will be an agreed-upon period of time.
2. Order and Payment
Orders will processed and shipped daily, each month a total will be accounted and profits will be distributed to the participating group. Funds will be distributed to a dedicated account and determined by the fundraiser lead. Only the fundraiser lead has the authority to change or modify where funds are distributed. (Please note funds will only be distributed once W9 Tax Form has be submitted- Download and Submit form below)
3. Logo Usage
By submitting your logo, you grant Forte Trading Company permission to use it for the purpose of customizing coffee bags and your custom sales page for your fundraiser. All logos must be appropriate for public display and free of any copyright violations.
4. Fundraising Responsibilities
You are responsible for promoting the fundraiser and encouragung orders. We will assist with providing powerful marketing materials and product information to help drive sales
5. Refunds and Returns
Due to the custom nature of this product, refunds or returns will only be issued for damaged or incorrect items. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Any customer requesting a refund will need to follow the guidelines listed in the return policy listed on your fundraiser sales page.
6. Cancellation
Any cancellation must be made within 2 days of recieving an order. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted.
